Albinati Aeronautics expands its presence in Malta

Albinati Aeronautics SA, the Swiss based business aviation operator, has added a fourth Bombardier Global to its Maltese fleet. Currently operated under a Maltese AOC by Albinati Aviation Ltd, sister company of Albinati Aeronautics SA, this 12-seater Bombardier Global 5000 (9H-FLN) is based in Moscow, Russia, and has arrived under the company’s management in mid-August.

The Global 5000 perfectly combines speed and performance. This business jet can comfortably seat and take up to 12 passengers in day configuration and 6 in night configuration, easily covering intercontinental distances, such as London –  Las Vegas for instance. Its spacious cabin is fully equipped for business, entertainment and relaxation. This aircraft can use airports with short runways, thus increasing the number of possible landing places and bringing passengers closer to their desired destination.

This is the second aircraft entrusted to Albinati Aviation Ltd in the last three months and third since beginning of 2015, making up a fleet of four Globals. The other three aircraft managed by the company are two brand new Bombardier Global 6000s (I-PFLY and 9H-SMB) and one Global Express (9H-III).

As a result of its growing business jet fleet, which now counts 17 aircraft, Albinati Aeronautics SA has moved to be an international player in the business aviation market. It now provides its customers with greater flexibility and an extended range of services thanks to its Maltese AOC obtained in November 2014, in addition to its longstanding Swiss one. Also, Albinati Aeronautics SA has received, beginning of 2015, authorization from the Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) to conduct CAT II landings with its Bombardier Global fleet. Since then, customers can fly to their desired destinations in adverse weather conditions, always in full safety.
